| The mission of the Ballin'
Ambassadors is to deliver a quality school assembly, exhibition charity
basketball game, and basketball camp and clinic to our audiences throughout the
world. The school assemblies, charity exhibition basketball games, and
basketball camps are designed to be fun for people of all ages and ethnic
backgrounds. The Ballin' Ambassadors are committed
to professionally accommodating everyone with whom we come in contact. We
promote the values of being men and women of integrity, honesty, and being
positive leaders in our community.
Staying in school, staying off drugs or alcohol, being a positive example in
your community, and taking a stand for racial harmony throughout the world
represents much more than a slogan for the Ballin'
Ambassadors. The Ballin' Ambassadors'
professional entertainment basketball team is committed to setting a good
example for youth by spreading the word to say "NO" to things that aren't cool.
OUR VISION
To reach the world using basketball as a tool to share the gospel of Jesus
Christ, while challenging and motivating people from all walks of life to be the
best they can be in all that they do.
WHO WE ARE
A multi-cultural group of former high school, college, and professional athletes
trying to make a difference using basketball in a show of entertainment all
across the world.
WHAT WE REPRESENT
We represent a lifestyle built on being men and women of integrity, honesty, and
leadership. We desire our lives to be a model which promotes the living of a
life that is drug and alcohol free - where staying in school and setting a
positive example in your community is cool, and where everyone encourages racial
harmony across the world.
WHO WE ARE TRYING TO REACH
Seeking out all communities through schools, boy's and girl's clubs, community
centers, colleges, churches and prisons in the United States and throughout the
globe.
WHAT WE DO
Play exhibition basketball games at schools, colleges, boy's and girl's clubs,
community centers, churches, and prisons. Throughout the game we interact with
the fans by providing opportunities for them to win prizes. At the halftime
intermission we share life experiences through testimony, singing, positive rap,
and dancing. The assembly, classroom and mentoring programs are designed to
showcase positive examples of goal setting, staying in school, and avoiding peer
pressure. Our exhibition/charity basketball games are designed to play against a
team you put together. In that sense we play four 10-minute quarters and in
between we interact with the fans through tricks, skits, and challenges to win
prizes. At halftime one of our players will share a positive message through
singing, Christian rap, speaking, etc.
Our basketball clinics, camps, and private lessons are held year-round and
teach kids of all ages the fundamentals of basketball while incorporating other
sports and ministry. |
